uKarma to Open First Xflowsion Fitness Studio With Celebrity Trainer Eric Paskel

Xflowsion studio is part of uKarma's vertical integration strategy and will serve as a platform to launch complementary health and wellness brands

LOS ANGELES, July 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- uKarma Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: UKMA - News), a lifestyle multimedia and consumer products company focused on health, wellness and personal development, announced today the first Xflowsion studio will open in Southern California in October, 2008.

Xflowsion, with its revolutionary Triple Training®, is the only exercise program that efficiently and effectively combines the best elements of three proven workouts: martial arts, power yoga, and dance, into one convenient and fun workout, producing jaw-dropping results in one-third the time.

uKarma Corporation executed a lease for a 6,200 square foot studio location in the Los Angeles area on Ventura Blvd in Sherman Oaks California. The studio will showcase Xflowsion classes led by celebrity trainer Eric Paskel, as well as yoga and fitness classes. The Xflowsion studio will feature live bands, DJ's, organic food & beverages as well as retail products including DVDs, clothing, and fitness and yoga accessories.

The Xflowsion studio is part of uKarma's vertical integration strategy for its Xflowsion brand. uKarma expects demand created by it's DVD sales will be channeled into other revenue steams such as studios offering live classes, as well as teacher training and retreats. The Xflowsion studio will also serve as a platform to launch complimentary health and wellness brands such as yoga mats, fitness apparatuses, packaged snack foods, beverages and clothing.
