Mr. Glaser is currently our Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and acting Chief Financial Officer. From December 2000 to July 2005 Bill served as President of a publicly traded manufacturer, marketer and distributor of pharmaceuticals and nutrition based products. He provided oversight in all aspects of operations and marketing ranging from crafting and executing overall growth strategy to structuring debt and equity financings and seeking and evaluating qualified acquisition candidates.

Prior to that, Mr. Glaser was founder and Chief Executive Officer of Zenterprise, Inc., a corporate consulting firm, which provided strategy, finance, and marketing services for both public and private companies. Prior, Mr. Glaser was a registered principal of a regional stock brokerage firm where he gained diverse experience in finance, management, marketing, sales, and public company relations. Previously, he was a registered representative at Drexel Burnham Lambert and Smith Barney. Mr. Glaser holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from the Ithaca College - School of Business.

Eric has a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University as well as a license in marriage and family child counseling. Prior to his Masters Degree, Eric graduated from Michigan State University with a BS in Communications.

Fred has over 20 years of experience in finance, engineering and management. Fred is currently CEO of Vintigo, a agriculture technology company.  Prior to Vintigo, Fred was co-founder and former Chief Executive Officer of a publicly traded nutritional technology venture where was involved in all aspects of the company’s operations, starting with its self underwritten initial public offering (IPO) to business acquisitions, financings, and new business development.

Previously, Fred worked at DIRECTV, Inc., where he was involved in valuing, structuring and executing strategic investments and business enhancement opportunities. Prior, Fred was member of the structured finance team in corporate treasury department at Hughes where he was responsible for effectuating various financing transactions for the its operating units. Some of the transaction companies included Research in Motion (RIM), Telocity, Thompson Multimedia, TIVO, and XM Radio. Fred received an MBA in finance and accounting from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He also holds a Masters and Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from USC.
